Can one card work everywhere on campus?+

Yes. The same card works at the gate, attendance kiosk, canteen, library and hostel.

Does the attendance kiosk need internet?+

No. It works offline, on an iPad or any PC.

Can you print our student ID cards?+

Yes. We print RFID and NFC cards in house for students and staff.

How is face scan data protected under PDPA?+

Face data is stored on the school's own server. Face scan is only used for students whose parents have given consent, in line with PDPA. Students without consent simply use their card.

What happens when a card is lost?+

The school administrator blocks the lost card in the system straight away, so it stops working at the gate, canteen and library. A replacement card is then issued and linked to the same student record. The e wallet balance sits in the student's account, not on the card, so it is not lost with the card.
